Description

 Спленэктомия Радикальная операция, включающая полное удаление селезенки. Операция может быть выполнена при заболеваниях системы крови, гиперспленизме, спленомегалии, опухолях, поражениях селезенки. Варианты вмешательства подразделяются на лапароскопические и открытые, плановые и экстренные. Эндотрахеальная анестезия с миорелаксантами используется для облегчения боли.
