Description

 Искусственная вентиляция легких. Метод заместительной терапии, который позволяет поддерживать нарушенные функции дыхания и газообмена. Поклонники включают «рот в рот», «рот в рот», мешок Амбу, аппаратную вентиляцию (неинвазивная маска и инвазивная интубация). Респираторная поддержка проводится у пациентов с тяжелой дыхательной недостаточностью или отсутствием спонтанного дыхания, а также под общим наркозом. В отделении интенсивной терапии используется контролируемая и вспомогательная вентиляция легких. Первый режим включает подачу газовой смеси в соответствии с заранее определенными параметрами (давление, дыхательный объем, ЧД, инспираторно-экспираторное соотношение). Вторичный ИВЛ синхронизирован с независимыми дыхательными тестами пациента.
