Description

 Рассечение подошвенного апоневроза. Операция, в ходе которой травматолог или ортопед через небольшие разрезы рассекает плотное образование соединительной ткани, растянутое под кожей подошвы. Показанием к вмешательству является значительное укорочение этого анатомического образования с помощью варуса и полой стопы. Операция проводится под местной анестезией. Врач выполняет 2-3 продольных прокола кожи в середине стопы на его подошвенной поверхности. Затем специалист вращает скальпель в поперечном направлении и, выполняя перемещение глубины ткани к его поверхности, выполняет рассечение подошвенного апоневроза.
