Description

 Определение ферментов поджелудочной железы в крови включает изучение содержания пищеварительных ферментов поджелудочной железы: амилазы, эластазы, липазы, фосфолипазы А, дезоксирибонуклеазы, трипсина и его сывороточных ингибиторов. Это позволяет выявить нарушения экзокринной активности при патологии поджелудочной железы и прилегающих органов (желудка, желчного пузыря). Гиперферментемия (значительный избыток липазы, амилазы, трипсина и его ингибиторов) в крови характерна для острого панкреатита, наблюдается при травматическом поражении и при раке поджелудочной железы, механическая задержка секреции фермента; гипоферментемия наблюдается при панкреонекрозе, при муковисцидозе.
