Description

 Операция Бартлетт. Способ хирургического лечения вросшего ногтя 1-го пальца стопы, заключающийся в удалении участка мягких тканей, который врастает в край ногтевой пластины. Операция проводится под местной анестезией. На стороне вросшего ногтя выполняется клиновидное иссечение тканей бокового гребня с последующим подгонкой и ушиванием краев раны. Этот гвоздь не влияет на сам ноготь и его зародышевую зону. Операция относится к категории малоударных и предотвращает врастание края ногтевой пластины в периунгуальный валик. Количество рецидивов вросшего ногтя после операции Бартлетта минимально (около 3%).
