Анализ позволяет определить степень тяжести процесса, выявить персистирующий хламидиоз и оценить эффективность лечения. Вышеуказанные титры клинически значимы: IgM-1: 8, IgA-1: 50, IgG-1: 64. Титр IgG - 1:50 - 1:64 сомнителен, может указывать на предшествующее заболевание хламидиозом и требует повторного анализа через несколько недель.
