Description

 Хирургическое иссечение липомы. Преобладающий метод удаления единичных или множественных жировых образований из подкожной клетчатки. Небольшие доступные липомы удаляются под местной анестезией (новокаин, лидокаин) на амбулаторном уровне; крупные, расположенные в сложных анатомических зонах (на шее, под руками), требует госпитализации. Используются три метода хирургического удаления липомы - иссечение капсулы, минимально инвазивное (эндоскопическое) разрушение и удаление липомы внутри капсулы, липосакция (липосакция) пласта. Первый метод отличается большим радикализмом, два других имеют лучшие косметические результаты.
