Description

 Иммунизация против эпидемического паротита проводится в любом возрасте у всех людей, которые ранее не были вакцинированы против этой инфекции и не болели ею (особенно молодые мужчины). Экстренная иммунизация требуется для неиммунизированных взрослых в течение 72 часов после контакта с пациентом. В случае эпидемии вакцинации против эпидемического паротита субъекты, вакцинированные низким титром антител, определяемым с помощью серологических тестов, также являются субъектами. Вакцинация может проводиться с использованием одно-, двух- или трехкомпонентных вакцин (в последнем случае в сочетании с вакцинами против кори и краснухи). При беременности паротитная профилактика не проводится даже в случае эпидемии.
