Description

 Если есть подозрения на неврологические причины нарушения зрения, необходима консультация нейрофтальмолога, особенно если у пациента диагностировано нарушение головного мозга. Врач проводит подробный сбор истории болезни и физических осмотров и оценивает неврологический и офтальмологический статус пациента. Включение этого специалиста также включает в себя комплексную нейроофтальмологическую диагностику - исследование глазного дна, чувствительности роговицы, зрительных, зрачковых и глазных движений. На первой консультации офтальмолога может быть поставлен предварительный диагноз и даны инструкции для дополнительных обследований (УЗИ глаз, МРТ глазного и зрительного нерва, ОКТ, ангиография сетчатки).
