Description

 Остеотомия Вебера. Разрежьте плечевую кость в поперечном направлении чуть ниже головы, на уровне хирургического плеча. Это выполняется с уменьшенными переломами плечевой кости и привычными вывихами плеча, обеспечивая увеличение диапазона движений в плечевом суставе. Изготовлено в соответствии с общим наркозом. Средняя часть плечевой кости повернута внутрь на 20-25 градусов. Фрагменты кости фиксируются в новом положении с помощью металлической конструкции. Затем суставная капсула ушивается, а сухожилие субкапулярной мышцы укорачивается.
