 Анализ антител, направленных против возбудителя фасциолеза, направлен на поиск инвазии гельминтов печеночной двуусткой. Показаниями являются клинические признаки фасциолеза (кожные высыпания, боли в животе, диспепсия, гепатомегалия и ), Требующие лабораторной проверки этиологического диагноза. Иммуноферментный анализ позволяет количественно определять иммуноглобулины класса G относительно антигена Fasciola hepatica. Их концентрация достигает максимума через 2-3 месяца после заражения и остается на высоком уровне долгое время. Стоимость зависит от ценовой политики лаборатории, выполняющей анализ.
