 Анализ антител к дифтерийной палочке проводится в рамках ретроспективной диагностики инфекции или оценки эффективности введения дифтерийного анатоксина. Его назначают при дифтерии глотки, гортани, трахеи и других локализаций (глаза, половые органы) с целью выявления показаний к вакцинации и ревакцинации. Титр антител против сorynebacterium diphtheria ниже 0,01 МЕ / мл указывает на отсутствие основной защиты и необходимость иммунизации, более 0,1 МЕ / мл указывает на наличие иммунитета. В стоимость анализа не входит забор венозной крови.
