Description

 Закрытие ран и разрывов селезенки в случае травмы. Органосохраняющая операция проводится при тупой или проникающей травме живота, сопровождающейся повреждением селезенки. Это альтернатива резекции селезенки и спленэктомии при отдельных травматических дефектах. После ревизии селезенки необходимо остановить кровотечение до места разрыва плотно прижатой гемостатической губкой или произвести перевязку кровоточащих сосудов. На рану селезенки накладывают непрерывную шовную рассасывающуюся нить. Большой дефект может быть дополнительно покрыт прядью большой железы или специальной синтетической сеткой. Операция завершается дренированием левого поддиафрагмального угла.
