Description

 Анализ крови на ткани водорослей. Лабораторный тест для количественного определения антител в сыворотке, образующейся при контакте с компонентом натуральной, синтетической или смешанной ткани (латекс, хлопок, шерсть, шелк ). Тест используется в аллергологии и дерматологии, при диагностике аллергических заболеваний вместе с исследованием общего уровня иммуноглобулинов IgE проводятся кожные пробы. Результаты используются, чтобы определить причину аллергии и составить план устранения. Кровь берется для анализа из вены, реже из капилляров. Сыворотка исследуется методом ИФА. Без сенсибилизации индекс не превышает 0,35 кеда / л. Готовность от 1 до 4 дней.
