Pharmacodynamics

 Пищеварительное ферментное средство, содержит протеолитический фермент - пепсин куриный, получаемый из слизистой оболочки желудка кур и цыплят. Протеолитическая активность куриного пепсина проявляется в более широком, чем свиного пепсина, диапазоне значений pH (2-4), что позволяет избежать необходимости назначения HCl.

Indications for use

 Заболевания ЖКТ, сопровождающиеся снижением секреторной функции желудка: ахилия, гипо- и анацидные гастриты, диспепсия, состояния после резекции желудка.

Contraindications

 Гиперчувствительность, эрозивно-язвенные поражения ЖКТ.

Method of drug use and dosage

 Внутрь, по 40-80 мг после или во время приема пищи. При необходимости разовую дозу увеличивают до 120 мг. Курс лечения - 2-4 нед.

Side effects

 Запоры или диарея, боль в животе. Аллергические реакции. [1].
