Противопоказания Nitroxoline.

 Гиперчувствительность (в тч к другим производным 8-оксихинолина). Нарушения функции почек. Сопровождающиеся олигурией. Анурией. Тяжелые заболевания печени. Катаракта. Неврит. Полиневрит. Дефицит глюкозо-6-фосфатдегидрогеназы. Беременность. Кормление грудью.

Использование препарата Nitroxoline при кормлении грудью.

Side effects of the components

Побочные эффекты Nitroxoline.

 Диспепсия (тошнота. Рвота). Потеря аппетита. Аллергические реакции (кожная сыпь). Тахикардия. Атаксия. Головная боль. Парестезии. Полинейропатия. Нарушение функции печени. При длительном применении описан случай развития неврита глазного нерва.
