 Амалтея легко восстанавливается и позволяет получить 3,2 л жидкого продукта. Может быть использована для приготовления различных блюд - каш, супов, коктейлей, молочно-фруктовых десертов, кисломолочных продуктов и творога.
 Открытая банка сохраняется в течение 4 нед в сухом и прохладном месте.
