Description

 Кроме сперматозоидов в эякуляте присутствуют так называемые округлые клетки. Под этим собирательным названием подразумевают лейкоциты и незрелые клетки сперматогенеза, то есть клетки, из которых в яичках образуются зрелые сперматозоиды.

Normal values

 Согласно нормам ВОЗ от 2010 года норма от 2 до 4%.

Reasons

 Повышение их количества говорит о неэффективном сперматогенезе и указывает на секреторную форму бесплодия.
 Понижение - о нарушении воспроизводства сперматозоидов, вплоть до азооспермии.
