 Для приготовления 250 мл напитка в стакан отмеряют 210 мл свежепрокипяченной воды, охлажденной до 37 °C. К 57 г порошка (3 мерные ложки) добавляют около 50 мл приготовленной воды, перемешивают до однородного сметаноподобного состояния, после чего частями добавляют оставшийся объем воды и тщательно перемешивают. Полученная порция содержит 265 ккал.
 Дозу для детей старше 3 лет устанавливает лечащий врач.
