 Для приготовления 155 мл напитка в стакан отмеряют 135 мл свежепрокипяченной воды, охлажденной до 37 °C. К 32 г порошка добавляют небольшое количество отмеренной воды и перемешивают до однородного сметаноподобного состояния, после чего добавляют оставшийся объем воды и тщательно перемешивают. Полученная порция содержит 155 ккал. Детям старше 3 лет дозу определяет лечащий врач.
