Pharmacodynamics

 Антисептический эффект обусловлен формальдегидом (образуется в кислой среде из гексаметилентетрамина), противовоспалительный, антигистаминный, кровоостанавливающий, понижение проницаемости сосудов - хлоридом кальция.

Indications for use

 Острые респираторные инфекции: грипп, ОРЗ.

Contraindications

 Не выявлены.

Method of drug use and dosage

 Внутрь, по 1-2 таблетки 3-4 раза в сутки.

Side effects

 Диспептические расстройства.

Storage conditions

 В сухом месте, при температуре не выше 25 °C.
 Хранить в недоступном для детей месте.

Expiration date

 4 года.
 Не применять по истечении срока годности, указанного на упаковке.

 Гиперчувствительность, гиперкальциемия, атеросклероз, склонность к тромбозам.

Побочные эффекты сalcium chloride.

 При приеме внутрь - боль в эпигастрии, изжога, тошнота, рвота, гастрит. При в/в введении - ощущение жара, гиперемия лица, брадикардия; при быстром в/в введении - фибрилляция желудочков сердца; местные реакции при в/в введении - боль и гиперемия по ходу вены.
