 Отрыжка. Желтуха.

Typical features

 Allen, ссылаясь на wolff и gouzee, приводит следующие постоянные патогенетические эффекты, наблюдавшиеся у пациентов, которым был назначен k. pi. по поводу перемежающейся лихорадки: желтуха. Понос. Боль в подложечной области. Чрезвычайно сильная отрыжка. Колики. Моча светлая, коричневато-красная, но не из-за желчных пигментов, а из-за больших количеств урата аммония. k. pi. является интенсивно-окрашенной желтой солью, а желтые вещества обычно сильно действуют на печень, как в случае использования самой пикриновой кислоты, так и других ее солей. По поводу перемежающейся лихорадки: желтуха. Понос. Боль в подложечной области. Чрезвычайно сильная отрыжка. Колики. Моча светлая, коричневато-красная, но не из-за желчных пигментов, а из-за больших количеств урата аммония.
