Сюда входят инфекции и абсцессы, язвы и экзема. Кожа часто темная, с пурпурными или синими пятнами. Ужасное жжение всего тела, исходящее от чувствительного пятна это характерное состояния перед началом гангрены.

 Язвы во рту с выраженным жжением, могут распространяться по всему желудочно-кишечному тракту (ars).

 Жжение, агрессивная паронихия.
