 Занимает особое место в лечении дизентерии. Симптомы ухудшаются от еды и питья.

Gastrointestinal tract

 Живот. Очень беспокоят боли перед дефекацией и после нее; стул только после еды. Схваткообразные боли в подреберье по утрам. Кон-гестия печени с неотложными и неудержимыми позывами на дефекацию при вставании. Стул коричневый, жидкий, кровянистый, с тенезмами. Во время стула острые боли в левом боку, стреляющие вниз. Жжение в заднем проходе.
